What causes exfoliative dermatitis?

Many skin inflammations occur in the spring season, because skin inflammation is very harmful to people's bodies, and it can cause skin damage if you are not careful. Exfoliative dermatitis is a common disease at present, which is generally divided into three types. The primary skin diseases include psoriasis, eczema and hair follicle disease. Other factors are not ruled out. Patients should eat more high-protein foods, fruits, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, etc. during the onset of the disease, which can reduce capillary infiltration, reduce swelling, and relieve skin inflammation. You should also supplement more foods that can enhance blood flow in blood vessels and reduce tissue edema. You can eat more corn, oats, and fiber-rich vegetables and fruits. The diet should include more winter melon, bitter melon, and chrysanthemum, which can clear away heat and detoxify, help relieve edema, and treat the disease.

It can be roughly divided into three categories:

1. Existing skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis, pityriasis rubra pilaris, lichen planus, allergic contact dermatitis, etc., which worsen after inappropriate treatment;

2. Lymphoma and other malignant tumors such as mycosis fungoides, Hodgkin's disease, malignant lymphoma, leukemia, etc. may cause erythroderma and have a serious prognosis.

3. Caused by drug allergy.

Mainly based on typical clinical manifestations. The diagnosis of pre-existing skin disease is based on medical history, residual skin changes, previous skin biopsy results, and response to treatment. Sometimes remaining pityriasis rubra pilaris or psoriasis lesions help reveal the underlying skin disease. Skin biopsy helps exclude Sézary syndrome (generalized pruritus, paroxysmal hyperhidrosis, skin thickening, psoriasis-like or eczematous lesions, which may be related to reticuloendothelial system disease) and other malignant lesions. Obvious enlargement of lymph nodes indicates the possibility of a malignant tumor of the lymphatic system.

Suitable for consumption

1) It is advisable to eat high-protein foods and more fruits and vegetables. Green leafy vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamin C, which can reduce capillary exudation, reduce swelling and relieve skin inflammation.

2) It is advisable to eat lean meat, eggs, dairy products, etc. which contain large amounts of protein and calcium. They can replenish the protein loss caused by desquamation, increase the intravascular colloidal osmotic pressure, and reduce tissue edema. Calcium supplementation can also prevent osteoporosis caused by long-term bed rest.

3) Corn, buckwheat, oats, etc. are rich in B vitamins and cellulose, which can not only help skin formation, but also keep bowel movements smooth and help excrete toxins.

4) It is advisable to eat fruits such as pears, watermelons, sugarcane, and water chestnuts.

5) Eat more vegetables such as winter melon, bitter melon, cucumber, etc. that can clear away heat and promote diuresis.

Not suitable for consumption

1) Avoid drinking alcohol and eating spicy food.

2) Eat less warm and dry foods such as longan, orange, and grape.

3) Spicy and dry foods such as onions, ginger, chili peppers, garlic, peppers, and fennel should not be eaten.

4) Lamb, fish, shrimp and other seafood are also not suitable for consumption.

3. Other dietary principles

Eat food that is easily digestible, and change the taste frequently to maintain a good appetite. Avoid eating fatty and greasy food to prevent it from greasy the spleen and stomach and damaging the stomach qi.
