What are the indications of Zuoke Capsule

Zuo Ke Capsule is a drug that can treat diseases such as nasal congestion and sore throat, and the effect is relatively good. Usually, patients can clearly feel that their symptoms have begun to improve within three days of taking the drug. If they still don’t feel that the symptoms have improved after three days, they can only go to the hospital for a detailed examination. Moreover, a small number of patients may develop some indications after taking this drug. This is very common. Once it happens, there is no need to panic too much. As long as it does not affect your normal life, there is no need to take improvement measures. As long as the condition can be completely improved. Once you stop taking the medication, you will find that your symptoms slowly begin to disappear.

Indications:

1. Urinary and reproductive system infections, including simple or complicated urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including those caused by enzyme-producing strains).

2. Respiratory tract infections, including acute exacerbations of bronchial infections and lung infections caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacilli.

3. Gastrointestinal infections are caused by Shigella, Salmonella, enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, Aeromonas hydrophila, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.

4. Typhoid fever.

5. Bone and joint infections.

6. Skin and soft tissue infection.

7. Systemic infections such as sepsis.

When liver function is impaired, such as in severe cases (cirrhosis and ascites), drug clearance may be reduced and blood drug concentrations may increase. This is especially true for those with impaired liver and kidney function, and the drug should be used after weighing the pros and cons. And adjust the dosage. It is clinically used to treat skin and soft tissue infections, gastrointestinal infections, respiratory tract infections, and urinary and reproductive system infections. This product belongs to the quinolone antibiotics. Its most notable adverse reaction is that it can cause cartilage tissue damage. Therefore, it is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women and children with incompletely developed skeletal systems.

The usual dosage for adults is 0.3-0.4g (3-4 tablets) per day. Take in 2 to 3 doses. If the infection is severe or the pathogen is less sensitive, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other Pseudomonas bacterial infections, the therapeutic dose can be increased to 0.6g (6 tablets) per day. Take in 3 doses.
