What to do if your hands sweat? Tips to prevent your hands from sweating

If your hands and feet sweat frequently, you should be alert to whether you have hyperhidrosis. In addition to regular treatment, you can also take some small methods and tips to treat hyperhidrosis. For example, you can use baking soda for treatment, which is very effective. It helps dry skin and prevents excessive sweating of hands. You can also choose tomato juice, which not only cools the skin but also inhibits sweat.

1. Baking soda is a good remedy for treating hyperhidrosis of hands.

Mix some baking soda and warm water and soak your hands in the mixture for about fifteen minutes. Baking soda is alkaline and is not enough to prevent sweat from coming out if the skin is dry.

As your hands soak, try to catch the baking soda and get it into the bottom of the pot or bowl. Move between your fingers and palm. It emphasizes results.

You should have dry hands at least half an hour before and after your first treatment. When you start out, you have to continue every day for 5 days. 2. Another remedy attempt is tomato juice.

Its active ingredients cool down the body's temperature. When the body is cool, it won't sweat as much. Drink tomato juice every day to keep your body's internal temperature down.

You can also place your hands on it for a few minutes a day. The high levels of sodium will keep hands dry (just like salt water) for a significant time if scaled up like a baking soda soak above.

Be wary of a rash from the high acidity in the juice. While this is a large factor that contributes to the effectiveness of the treatment, it can also be a tipping point for irritation.

3. Drink a cup of sage tea several times a week.

It's very strong, so you don't have to drink it every day. Two cups three or four days a week should be enough. Soak a few leaves in hot water for fifteen minutes, then add some flavor like honey or orange peel.

4. Apple cider vinegar is a great solution for sweaty hands.

Pour some in a jar and soak your hands in the mixture for fifteen minutes. White vinegar is the best choice because it is a powerful astringent.

5. Don’t ignore herbs

Especially ones that help calm your nerves. Anxiety is one of the biggest triggers of sweaty palms, so staying calm will help your hands stay dry. Some herbs thought to calm anxiety include St. John's wort, chamomile, kava kava, neem seeds, and valerian.
