What Chinese patent medicine is effective for lung and kidney qi?

2. Prescription: Modified mulberry bark decoction.

12g of mulberry bark, 15g of scutellaria, 3g of coptis root, 9g of elephant shell, 9g of apricot kernel, 9g of perilla seed, 30g of bamboo juice (taken with water), 9g of pinellia, 12g of trichosanthes, 6g of rhubarb (taken later). Add or subtract according to symptoms: If the phlegm is excessive and sticky, add 15g of sea clam shell to clear the lungs and resolve phlegm. You can also add 15 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza and 9 grams of safflower to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.

3. Prescription: Di Tan Tang with modifications, taken orally (or via nasogastric tube), Zhi Bao Dan or An Gong Niu Huang Wan.

30g of bamboo juice (taken with water), 9g of pinellia, 9g of arisaema, 9g of immature bitter orange, 6g of tangerine peel, 9g of calamus, 6g of bamboo shavings, 12g of poria, 9g of ginseng, 3g of licorice, 15g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 9g of peach kernel, 1 pill of Angong Niuhuang Pill (taken with water). Add or subtract according to symptoms: for excessive phlegm and heat in the body, coma, delirium, red tongue with yellow coating, add 15g of scutellaria baicalensis and 12g of gardenia to clear the lungs, resolve phlegm and open the orifices; for internal liver wind and convulsions, add izhe elata and 15g of Uncaria rhynchophylla to calm the liver, extinguish wind and stop convulsions.

4 Prescriptions: Bufei Decoction combined with Shenqi Pills with modifications.

Ginseng 9g, Astragalus 15g, Rehmannia glutinosa 12g, Schisandra 9g, Aster 12g, Morus alba 9g, Cornus officinalis 9g, Poria 12g, Alisma orientalis 9g, Aconite 9g, Cassia twig 6g, Roasted Licorice 6g, add or subtract according to symptoms; for those with spleen deficiency and phlegm and dampness, add Tangerine peel 9g, Pinellia 9g, Atractylodes 12g to dry dampness and strengthen the spleen; for those with lung deficiency and cold, fear of cold, and pale tongue, add dried ginger 6g to warm yang and transform fluid; for those with symptoms of wheezing and collapse, urgently add Shenfu Decoction with Gecko Powder 9g, or Hei Xi Dan to nourish the kidney and absorb qi, restore yang and consolidate collapse; for those with yin injury, low fever, red tongue and less bitterness, add Ophiopogon japonicus 12g and Polygonatum odoratum 12g to nourish yin and moisten the lungs.
