How to treat stomatitis at home

Oral ulcers are relatively common. The causes of oral ulcers are related to vitamin deficiency and the occurrence of inflammation. Oral ulcers are very harmful to the body and often lead to loss of appetite. Therefore, you should emphasize nutrition in your daily life. For example, you can gargle with strong tea, use vitamin E for treatment, or gargle with dandelion decoction, all of which have good effects.

1. Rinse your mouth with strong tea.

According to research, tea contains tannin, which has an astringent effect and can promote the healing of oral ulcers. Tea can also reduce inflammation and kill bacteria, and coagulate the protein of unicellular fungi. Therefore, people often use tea to rinse wounds to disinfect and kill bacteria and promote wound healing.

2. Gentamicin therapy.

Dip a sterilized cotton swab in gentamicin and lightly apply it to the oral ulcer surface. Apply it again after a few minutes, 4 times a day. It will usually heal in 2 to 3 days.

3. Vitamin E group therapy.

Take several vitamin E sugar-coated tablets, grind them into fine powder, apply them on the ulcer surface four times a day, and it will heal in 3 to 4 days. After that, you can take 1 to 2 tablets sublingually before going to bed every night for 1 month to prevent recurrence.

4. Vitamin B and C group therapy.

Take one piece of vitamin B12 and one piece of vitamin C, grind them into powder and mix well. Dip a little with a sterile cotton ball and apply it on the ulcer surface. Bite for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the drug to be directly absorbed. Do not take it orally, otherwise the effect will be very slow. Generally, it can be cured after 3 to 4 times.

5. Gargle with dandelion decoction.

Take 100g of fresh dandelion, or 50g of dried dandelion. Wash and boil in water, drink the liquid and gargle. Do it several times a day until you are healed. Dandelion tastes bitter and sweet, is cold in nature, and can clear away heat and detoxify.

6. Yunnan Baiyao therapy.

Use a sterilized cotton swab dipped in Yunnan Baiyao powder to apply to the ulcer surface. Most people will recover after 3 days of medication.

7. Salvia miltiorrhiza therapy.

Using 15g of Danshen decoction to treat oral ulcers can help the ulcers heal quickly and rarely recur. The mechanism is that Danshen has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, improving microcirculation and inhibiting bacteria.
