Treat lumbar disc herniation and see the folk remedies that others are using

Elderly people often feel sudden pain in the lumbar spine when walking or exercising. They must be careful about lumbar disc herniation. For patients with lumbar disc herniation, one lumbar vertebrae herniates at first, and then multiple lumbar vertebrae herniate, which becomes very serious. The treatment can be achieved through folk remedies, which are more effective.
