Why do I feel sore all over?

Many people have experienced body aches in their daily lives, especially at night when the symptoms are more obvious. So what exactly causes people to experience body aches? In fact, it is related to the following two factors. The first factor is that people who do not exercise regularly suddenly engage in strenuous exercise.

1. People who do not exercise regularly may experience soreness in local muscles after strenuous exercise. The reason for this phenomenon is generally believed to be related to the energy metabolism inside the muscles.

In order to avoid or reduce muscle soreness, you should do warm-up exercises before exercise. The exercise should be gradual (such as a small amount of exercise at the beginning and gradually increasing it later). After exercise, you should do some muscle relaxation activities or massage tired muscles to promote smooth blood circulation.

2. Rheumatic bone pain can also cause soreness in our body. It is mainly because cold air invades our body, causing meridian blockage and resulting in pain.

Rheumatic patients are most afraid of cold wind and dampness, so the house they live in should be sunny, ventilated and dry, and the indoor air should be kept fresh. The bed should be flat, the bedding should be light, warm and dry, and washed and dried frequently. Especially for patients with ankylosing spondylitis, it is best to sleep on a wooden bed. The bed should not be placed in a windy place to prevent catching a cold while sleeping.

It is advisable to use warm water to wash your face and hands. At night, it is best to use hot water to wash your feet above the ankle joints, and the time should be about fifteen minutes.

When you have a cold, you should take oral cold medicine for treatment in time. Pay attention to rest and drink plenty of boiled water.
