What to eat for cardiovascular disease? This item is a must!

Place the pot on the fire, add appropriate amount of water, boil over medium heat, add the washed shrimp skins, rice wine, chopped green onion, and minced ginger, continue to simmer for 10 minutes, add the yam paste, stir and simmer until boiling, add salt, MSG, and five-spice powder, stir and serve in the morning and evening. It can nourish blood vessels, strengthen the kidneys and lower blood pressure, and is mainly used to treat hypertension of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.

3. Yam, Cassia and Lotus Leaf Juice

60 grams of yam, 15 grams of cassia seed, 30 grams of lotus leaf (half a fresh lotus leaf). Wash the yam, gently scrape off the skin, split it into strips, cut it into small cubes or mash it into a paste for later use.

Wash and chop the lotus leaves, put them into a gauze bag and tie the mouth. Put them into a casserole together with cassia seeds, add water, and boil them over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add yam paste or diced yam, continue to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, take out the medicine bag, collect the filtered juice, and take it in the morning and evening.

This product can nourish the liver and kidneys, nourish the blood vessels, and lower blood pressure. It is mainly used to treat hypertension caused by liver fire ascending.
