What causes headaches, nausea, vomiting and sweating?

Headache, nausea, vomiting and sweating are common symptoms in daily life, but what exactly causes these symptoms? In fact, this is related to the following 7 reasons. The first reason is caused by middle ear and inner ear diseases.

1. Causes of headache, nausea, vomiting and sweating

1. Middle ear and inner ear diseases Different ear problems can cause dizziness, such as otitis media, Meniere's disease, etc. Common cold viruses can also invade the inner ear and cause problems, and even lead to vomiting.

2. Drug effects: Some antihypertensive drugs, heart and diabetes drugs, and even cold sensitivity drugs may have this side effect.

3. If chronic diseases such as diabetes, bronchial disease, and kidney disease are not well controlled, the above situation (such as low blood sugar) may also occur.

4. Arrhythmia Heart disease causes abnormal oxygen supply to the brain and causes dizziness, among which slow heartbeat has a greater impact.

5. Anemia during pregnancy or when women have heavy menstrual flow will reduce the oxygen content in the blood and cause dizziness.

6. High or low blood pressure. High or low blood pressure can affect the brain and cause dizziness.

7. Too much stress or long-term lack of sleep may cause this situation to be caused by poor rest or overwork. You must pay attention to rest and not overwork.

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that vertigo is caused by emotional injury, liver qi stagnation, and liver fire; or by excessive fatigue, which damages qi and blood, and blood deficiency causes wind disturbance.

2. First aid for dizziness, nausea and sweating

1. Exercise therapy

Lie on your back, bend your knees slightly, and rub the soles of your feet together. After the soles of your feet become warm, bend your knees, close your legs, kick forward, straighten your legs at the same time, and then sit up with the help of the elastic force. This method can cure dizziness caused by congestion in the head.

2. Lifestyle therapy

In order to prevent and reduce attacks of vertigo, you should pay attention to a regular life, avoid excessive fatigue, control blood pressure and increase physical exercise appropriately; watch less TV and movies, and avoid mental stress; meals should be light and easy to digest, and avoid greasy food; people with a history of vertigo should not go out alone, let alone climb heights or ride a bicycle, so as to avoid accidents.

3. Acupuncture

Acupuncture at the Neiguan, Baihui, Fengchi, Zusanli and other acupoints has a certain effect, and pressing techniques can also be used.

4. Rest therapy

When vertigo occurs, the patient should immediately stop activities, lie down or lean on a sofa or chair nearby, close his eyes and rest for a while to prevent the symptoms from worsening.

5. Prescription therapy
