3. Systemic symptoms: anemia, weight loss, hypoproteinemia, water and electrolyte imbalance, and mental anxiety.

4. Extraintestinal manifestations: often arthritis, erythema nodosum, chronic active hepatitis, oral ulcers, etc.

5. Tenderness in the left lower abdomen. Some patients may feel cord-like thickening or spasmodic intestinal tract.

6. If there are complications, there will be corresponding symptoms.
