How to effectively treat diaphragm spasm?

When treating diaphragm spasm, of course, you should pay attention to understanding the correct methods to reduce the impact of this disease as much as possible. Generally, you can take repeated breathing or hold your breath and drink cold water to relieve it. It can also be improved through acupuncture therapy.

(1) General treatment: For patients with long-lasting hiccups that do not improve, they can try holding their breath, drinking cold water, or repeated breathing, which can usually stop the hiccups.

(2) Acupuncture therapy: This method has been widely reported in China. For example, acupuncture of Shaoshang, Yingxiang, and bilateral Geshu points can achieve an effective rate of over 90% once. Acupuncture of Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, Neiguan, and Taichong points can also be performed simultaneously to significantly improve the relief rate.

(3) Acupoint injection therapy

① Use a 5ml syringe with a No. 7 needle to draw out 100mg of vitamin B1 and 50mg of vitamin B6, and insert the solution vertically into the Neiguan acupoint. When there is a needle sensation, quickly inject the medicine if there is no blood after aspiration. Inject 2ml into each acupoint. If the injection is ineffective, repeat the procedure after 2 hours. The effective rate is 95.83%.

②After taking out 0.5mg of atropine with a 5ml syringe, use a No. 7 needle to vertically insert the cupping net 1.5cm to 2cm into the Zusanli acupoint. After strong stimulation, the patient feels sore and swollen, then slowly inject 0.25mg and then massage the Zusanli acupoint on the other side in the same way. The efficiency can reach 90%.

③ The same method as above can also be used to inject vitamin K3, procaine, promethazine and other drugs, which can also achieve good results.
