Scrotal eczema is commonly known as "hydrangea wind" and "scrotal leakage sore" among the people. Scrotal eczema is the most common type of eczema. After infection, the itching is severe and very stubborn. Patients often suffer from pain or secondary infection due to scratching and inappropriate stimulation.

4. It may be caused by balanitis: the unclean matter between the foreskin and the glans, namely the smegma, accumulates and stimulates the local foreskin and mucous membrane to cause inflammation, namely balanitis. Balanitis can cause inflammation of the penis and the appearance of adverse symptoms such as small bumps.
