First blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and squeeze out the juice with gauze. Combine the two juices and drink as tea. Clears away heat, detoxifies, dispels summer heat and eliminates dampness. It is used to treat summer colds, with symptoms including fever, thirst, irritability, red and hot urine, poor appetite, indigestion, etc.

2. Hot lemon water: squeeze lemon juice, add sugar or honey, and then add warm water. When you have a cold, drink 500 to 1000cc a day, which will relieve your runny nose and get rid of the cold faster, especially when you have just caught a cold. You may even recover without taking any medicine.

3. Mulberry leaf and loquat porridge: 18 grams of mulberry leaves, 10 grams of loquat leaves, 100 grams of sugarcane, 6 grams of mint, wash and chop, add appropriate amount of water, boil and extract juice, add 60 grams of rice and cook until the porridge is thick, eat while hot.
