Is it good to squeeze blackheads? Are there any tips?

The existence of blackheads will cause bad conditions to the skin. If they are not treated in time, the blackheads will become more and more stubborn, so they need to be cleaned in time. It is not advisable to remove blackheads by squeezing them, as it can easily damage the skin structure and is unhygienic.

Can blackheads be squeezed?

Don't squeeze it, it will make the pores bigger. Squeezing with hands is a very unhygienic practice, because there are a lot of bacteria remaining on our hands, which can easily lead to skin infection during the squeezing process. Moreover, the fingers are not of the right thickness and the strength is difficult to control, so it is difficult to squeeze out stubborn blackheads. If you use your fingernails to squeeze them, it will damage the skin and even leave marks.

The correct way: Apply a slightly warm (not scalding) towel to the blackhead area for 2-3 minutes, then pat dry.

Tip 1: Rice rubbing blackheads method

It is best to use freshly steamed rice. First, steam the noodles to open the pores and soften the skin. Then knead the rice just out of the pot into balls. When the heat has cooled down a little, you can put the rice balls on your nose and massage them slowly, rubbing them continuously with gentle movements. Do this for about 20 minutes and then wash them off with clean water.

Tip 2: Blackhead extraction liquid

This is considered by beauty experts to be the most scientific and thorough method. The first step is to steam your face or apply hot compress to open the pores, then pour the blackhead extraction liquid on a cotton pad, and then stick it on your nose for about 15 minutes. After peeling it off, you can see a lot of blackheads and whiteheads stuck on the cotton pad.

Tip 3: Do a good deep clean

If you clean your skin carelessly, blackheads will continue to grow. If you want to completely remove blackheads, you must do deep cleansing to lay the foundation. People with oily skin must develop a habit of exfoliating regularly and perform deep cleansing treatments once a week to help remove dirt and oil from oily skin and reduce blackheads. If you have dry or combination skin, it is recommended to cleanse it once a month.

Tip 4: Mung bean powder plus egg white

Mung bean powder has good sterilization and dead skin cleaning effects. It can also cool down and reduce heat, and calm the skin. However, the large particles of mung bean powder require lubrication, so egg white becomes the first choice. Mixing the two can reduce friction, and the viscosity and fat-soluble properties of egg white can also help blackheads soften and dissolve.
