Why do I have cold limbs?

The temperature of the limbs of a healthy body is normal and not much different from the body temperature. If you have cold limbs, it means your body is weak. It may be kidney deficiency or blood deficiency, which is what we often call anemia. Appropriate and reasonable supplementation can adjust the body's condition.

1. Yang deficiency constitution

People with yang deficiency constitution lack fire power, especially qi, and are unable to push blood around the body to the extremities. The most common cause of cold hands and feet is kidney yang deficiency. Patients with kidney yang deficiency are prone to feeling cold even at normal temperatures.

2. Qi and blood are blocked

The food safety problems that modern people cannot avoid will cause some "junk" substances to accumulate in various tissues and organs of the human body, thereby blocking blood vessels, reducing the body's metabolic function, and preventing qi and blood from flowing smoothly.

3. Poor cardiovascular circulation

Once the cardiovascular system is impaired, it will affect blood circulation and delivery, causing cold hands and feet.

4. Low blood sugar or low blood pressure

Cold hands and feet may also occur when you lose weight too much or your blood sugar is too low. When you have low blood pressure and poor blood circulation, you are also prone to feeling cold limbs.

5. Lack of exercise

Nowadays, people deal with computers every day, spend too much time indoors and too little outdoor exercise, which makes the body unable to fully stretch, the circulation of qi and blood is slow, and there is a lack of vitality, so the yang energy cannot be raised.

6. Eating too much cold food

Cold foods include not only cold drinks and beer, but also some fruits and other foods. Due to improper cooking and processing, they will slow down the circulation of qi and blood, making it difficult for the extremities to get blood supply.
