What food is good for nephritis?

For patients with nephritis, in addition to paying attention to following the doctor's treatment advice, they must not ignore their diet in life, because a reasonable diet is an effective way to regulate. For example, longan porridge, ginger and jujube porridge, and yam porridge are better dietary choices for patients with nephritis.

(1) Longan porridge: 60 grams of longan, 100 grams of glutinous rice, and a little brown sugar. ① Cut the astragalus into thin slices and wash the rice clean. ②Put the astragalus into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil it over medium heat, remove the residue and take the medicinal juice. ③Put polished japonica rice in a pot, add the medicinal juice and an appropriate amount of water, mix it with high heat, then switch to low heat and cook until the rice is rotten and becomes porridge. Take twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. It is suitable for the elderly with edema, chronic nephritis, and those with weak constitution, but those with red tongue should not take it.

(2) Ginger and Jujube Porridge: 12 grams of fresh ginger, 6 jujubes, and 90 grams of glutinous rice. Wash and chop the ginger, then cook porridge with dates and rice. Take twice a day, for breakfast and dinner, and can be taken all year round. It is suitable for those with mild floating seeds and sallow complexion.

(3) Black sesame and poria cocos porridge: 6 grams of black sesame, 20 grams of poria cocos, and 60 grams of polished rice. Chop the Poria cocos, put it into the pot and boil it into soup, then add black sesame and rice to cook porridge. Take twice a day, with breakfast and dinner, for 15 days. Suitable for people with mental depression.

(4) Double-skin soup: 50 grams of gourd shell, 30 grams of wax gourd peel, and 5 red dates. Add 400 ml of water to all the above herbs and boil until 150 ml is left. Remove the residue and keep the juice. Take 1 dose daily until the edema subsides. Suitable for people with edema.

(5) Yam porridge: 60 grams of dried yam or 120 grams of fresh yam, 60 grams of glutinous rice. Wash the yam, cut it into slices, and cook it with rice into porridge. Take it twice a day, before breakfast and after dinner. It can be taken regularly. It is mainly used to warm the spleen and kidneys, promote yang and promote diuresis.

(6) Winter melon and Amomum villosum soup: 1000 g winter melon, 30 g Amomum villosum. Stew winter melon and Amomum villosum together into soup. Take one dose every other day for 20 consecutive days, mainly for diuresis.

(7) Turtle shell drink: 30 grams of yam and 30 grams of turtle shell. First fry the turtle shell for 2 hours, then add the yam and chrysanthemum and fry together, remove the residue and keep the juice. Take twice a day, morning and evening, for 1 week. Suitable for people with little urine and edema below the waist. ?
