Others start to sweat in social situations, such as a date or a first date. When a person recovers from an illness, the body's nervous system, including the nerves, will also experience more sweating activity. Only accepting the fact that you will sweat when you are nervous will be the time when you start to get used to it and your subconscious mind no longer perceives the situation as a threat. 6. Anxiety sweating is a type of excessive sweating where a person starts sweating when he or she feels stressed or anxious. This can lead to social problems and reduced confidence when around others.
