8. Labor: Incorrect working posture can easily cause lumbar muscle strain. Here are some correct working postures to help you prevent lumbar muscle strain. When carrying heavy objects, bend your chest and waist slightly forward, bend your hips and knees slightly, take steady steps, and don't take large steps. Pay attention to maintaining a good posture at ordinary times. Don't stand or sit for a long time or maintain a fixed posture for a long time. Once you maintain a fixed posture for more than 20 minutes, your muscles will start to tense up. No matter what posture you maintain for too long, it is not good. Wrong posture will aggravate back pain. Do not overwork yourself by doing strenuous exercise. After recovering from lumbar muscle strain, excessive fatigue will cause recurrence, even for normal people.
