Symptoms and care of prostate calcification

Prostatic calcification is a scar left after the healing of prostatitis. Calcification is a compound of calcium. The symptoms and care of prostatic calcification are also very important. If patients find the appearance of prostate calcification spots, they must pay attention to dietary taboos and the like.

1. Prostate calcification and fibrosis are scars left after the prostate inflammation heals, and are the precursors of prostate stones. Due to the special structure of the prostate, there is generally no good treatment for calcification and stones, and no treatment is required for those who are generally asymptomatic. Bacteria can breed on prostate calcification (fibrosis) and stones, which is another reason for the recurrence of prostatitis. Therefore, both prostatitis and prostate calcification should not be ignored.

2. Do not overwork, do not stay up late, live a regular life, have a regular daily routine, and prevent colds. Colds and overwork can easily lead to low immune function and cause recurrence of prostate diseases.

3. Avoid spicy food (such as seafood, especially shrimp), alcohol (drinking can easily cause recurrence of prostate disease), and smoking; drink more water, urinate more, and keep urination and defecation unobstructed to help eliminate prostate secretions; avoid sitting still for long periods of time. When driving a motor vehicle for a long time, pay attention to the heat dissipation of the seat, get off the car regularly to move around, drink water, and urinate; insist on proper physical exercise to improve blood circulation and facilitate the absorption of local inflammation; eat a nutritious diet to enhance immune function and disease resistance.

4. Eat less meat. Eating too much meat and acidic foods (such as egg yolks, sugar, cheese, desserts, tuna, flounder, etc.) will cause an acidic body constitution and make you prone to various diseases.

5. Eat more nuts (raw pumpkin seeds, kernels), vegetables, fruits, and bee pollen.

6. Prostate calcification or stones must be treated. Calcification will develop into stones and cause various symptoms. Some patients cannot eliminate symptoms for a long time. A comprehensive examination is required to see if there are calcified stones. It is difficult to completely cure prostate disease without treating calcified stones.
