To prevent melanin deposition, we must actively improve bad living habits, such as not removing makeup thoroughly or going to bed with makeup on, and not paying attention to sun protection. Usually, you should drink more water, eat more fresh vegetables, hawthorn, carrots, and eat less salt to reduce the formation of melanin. Ointments or cosmetics containing estrogen are prohibited because estrogen can promote the formation of melanin. Applying these cosmetics will make the skin darker, and long-term use will cause skin lesions. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid greasy, spicy, alcoholic and cheese-containing foods.
