Xanthium sibiricum oil is a very reliable method for treating rhinitis

Rhinitis is a common disease, which can be chronic or acute. The treatment time for chronic rhinitis is relatively long. Rhinitis can cause symptoms such as headache, nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, etc., which will affect daily life. You can choose folk remedies for treatment. Xanthium sibiricum oil is very effective in treating rhinitis.

1. Xanthium sibiricum treatment of rhinitis

Method 1:

First, take 30-40 Xanthium sibiricum fruits, pound them and put them into the pot, add 50 grams of sesame oil or sesame oil, and fry them over low heat.

Secondly, when the Xanthium sibiricum is fried and dried, use chopsticks to pick out the Xanthium sibiricum. After the oil cools down, filter the medicinal oil and put it into a clean bottle for later use.

Furthermore, when using, soak a little oil with sterilized cotton and plug it into the nasal cavity before going to bed every night, 2-3 times a day, and a course of treatment is two weeks. To prevent breathing difficulties at night, you can plug both nostrils alternately.

Method 2:

You can also take a small amount of Xanthium sibiricum powder and blow it into the nasal cavity or inhale the powder through the nose when rhinitis occurs, 3 to 6 grams per day. However, this method is not suitable for children, the elderly, and people with chronic diseases. Alternatively, you can first apply egg white to the external nose skin, and then sprinkle a small amount of Xanthium sibiricum powder evenly on the egg white. Apply it before bed every night and wash it off the next morning. Do this once a day to consolidate the therapeutic effect.

Generally speaking, this folk remedy is effective in treating rhinitis, but the treatment effect varies from person to person. After taking the medicine, most patients' symptoms disappeared or improved, or the attacks decreased. Except for a few cases where the nasal mucosa changed from pale to mildly congested, no obvious changes were found in most cases.

Special note: When using Xanthium sibiricum to treat rhinitis, because Xanthium sibiricum has certain toxicity, it is best to fry it. It is best to take a small amount of Xanthium sibiricum before use to see if you are allergic. If not, you can use it as directed.
