Light some spices and inhale their aroma. ⑤ Close your eyes and try to imagine some tranquil and beautiful scenery, such as blue sea, golden sand, white clouds, mountains and flowing water, etc. ⑥ Do some activities that you like that are not related to the current specific matters. For example, swimming, taking a hot bath, shopping, listening to music, watching TV, etc.
