What is the refrigeration principle of drinking water machine

Water dispensers can both cool and heat, but most people do not understand the principles of cooling and heating of water dispensers, especially how to cool. In fact, cooling is that the water dispenser is provided with room temperature water by the water tank, and the water inlet is divided into two ways, one enters the cold tank container, and the cold water is cooled.

1. Refrigeration principle of drinking water machine

1. When the semiconductor direct cooling hot and cold water dispenser is in use, the water tank provides room temperature water, and the water inlet is divided into two ways: one way enters the cold tank container and outputs cold water after refrigeration; the other way enters the hot tank and outputs hot water after heating.

2. After pressing the refrigeration switch, the AC voltage is stepped down by the power transformer, full-wave rectified by the rectifier diode and filtered by the capacitor, and then the DC voltage is output to supply the semiconductor refrigeration components for refrigeration and the fan for exhaust. At the same time, the refrigeration indicator light is on. Since the direct cooling hot and cold water dispenser does not have automatic temperature control, the refrigeration indicator light will always be on after the machine is turned on. Press the heating switch, the heating indicator light comes on, the electric heating tube heats up, and the water in the hot tank heats up. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the thermostat contacts are disconnected, the heating power is automatically cut off, the heating indicator light goes out, and the electric heating tube stops heating. When the water temperature drops to the set temperature, the thermostat contacts close, the heating power is automatically turned on, the heating indicator light turns on, and the electric heating tube heats up. Then repeat the above process to keep the water temperature constant between 85-95℃.

2. Compression Refrigeration Water Dispenser

1. When the refrigeration switch of the compression refrigeration water machine is pressed, the green refrigeration indicator light comes on, the compressor starts to run, and the refrigerant vapor that has absorbed heat and vaporized in the evaporator is sucked back, and then compressed into high-temperature, high-pressure gas, and sent to the condenser. The condenser dissipates heat to the outside air and condenses into high-pressure liquid, which then flows into the evaporator through capillary throttling and pressure reduction, absorbs the heat of the cold tank to reduce the water temperature, and is then sucked back by the compressor. This cycle achieves the purpose of cooling. When the water temperature drops to the set temperature over time, the refrigeration thermostat contacts are disconnected, the refrigeration green indicator light goes out, the compressor stops, and the system enters the insulation state. After power failure, the water temperature gradually rises. When it reaches the set temperature, the refrigeration thermostat contacts close, the green indicator light turns on when the power is turned on, and the compressor starts running. Repeat this cycle to control the water temperature between 4-12℃.

2. Press the heating switch, the heating circuit is connected, the red heating indicator light is on, the electric heating tube heats up, and when the water temperature rises to the set temperature, the thermostat automatically resets, the power is cut off, the red heating indicator light goes out, and the system switches to the insulation state. After power failure, the water temperature gradually drops. When it drops to the set temperature, the thermostat contacts close, the power is turned on, the red heating indicator light turns on, and the electric heating tube heats up again. By repeating this cycle, the water temperature is controlled between 85-95℃.
