Causes

Clinical manifestations

There are often dry scabs attached to the surface of the ulcer, and the wound surface can be seen after the dry scabs are removed. If it is a special infection or malignant granuloma, the ulcer will have different shapes, a larger area, a deeper wound surface, and hyperplastic thickening at the edges. There may be various manifestations such as pus, bleeding spots, etc. If the decay is deep, it may lead to nasal septum perforation.
