Signs before a serious illness

Signs before a serious illness

As the saying goes, "When illness comes, it's like a mountain falling." In fact, the occurrence and development of any disease has a process, and there are some physical precursors before the outbreak, but we just don’t pay enough attention to them. As health awareness increases, we should pay enough attention to the adverse signals sent by the human body to avoid major disasters.

1. Four signs of serious illness after getting up: The bad feelings of your body at different stages of the day are sending warning signals to your health.

If you feel dizzy or lightheaded when you wake up in the morning, you may have cervical spondylosis or high blood viscosity.

If the swelling does not completely disappear after 20 minutes of getting up and moving around, it may indicate kidney disease or heart disease;

Nausea and vomiting in the morning, excluding pregnancy, if it happens every morning, it is likely to be chronic gastritis or liver and gallbladder disease;

If your urine is brown when you urinate in the morning, it may indicate a problem with your liver.

2. Observe your complexion in the mirror in the morning: Look in the mirror when washing your face to see if there is anything unusual about your complexion.

If you find yourself flushing, it could be related to heart disease or high blood pressure;

If the face is yellow and accompanied by fatigue, it is likely to be jaundice hepatitis;

If you find that your eyes have changed color, become congested, cloudy, or yellow, you should go to the hospital to see a doctor immediately;

If the eyelids are pale, it may indicate iron deficiency anemia;

If a blurry gray ring appears on the cornea, it may indicate a heart problem. If the person is a male aged 30-50, he should go to the hospital immediately.

3. Pay attention to your teeth breath when brushing your teeth:

If your gums bleed when you brush your teeth, it is likely periodontal disease, because if the teeth are healthy, they will not bleed. Bleeding teeth may also be related to liver disease. This phenomenon is common in patients with chronic liver disease and is also accompanied by nose bleeding and heavy menstruation. The main reason is that after liver cells are damaged, the liver's ability to produce coagulation factors decreases, and then the coagulation mechanism becomes impaired. Generally, hepatitis patients with bleeding gums can take vitamin C, vitamin K and other hemostatic drugs to alleviate the condition.

If you have bad breath or malodor, it may be caused by periodontal disease. At the same time, systemic diseases such as stomach disease, liver disease, diabetes, or a lack of trace elements zinc and vitamin B may also cause bad breath. For example, Helicobacter pylori infection can cause persistent bad breath, often accompanied by varying degrees of hunger and stomach pain. Once you have eaten and drunk enough, the bad breath will be alleviated, and as Helicobacter pylori is eradicated, the bad breath will disappear automatically.

4. Premonitions of serious illness in diet:

If you always feel thirsty, you should check your blood sugar and glucose tolerance to see if you may have diabetes;

If you wake up at 4-5 o'clock in the morning with a strong sense of panic and hunger, accompanied by fatigue and weakness, and the uncomfortable feeling gradually disappears after eating breakfast, it may indicate a tendency to diabetes;

If you experience upper abdominal pain after eating greasy food and it radiates to the right shoulder and back, you may be suffering from liver and gallbladder disease;

If you have an increased appetite but are losing weight, you may have hyperthyroidism;

If you have no appetite, feel nauseous when you see greasy food, and feel easily tired, you may have hepatitis;

5. Warning signs of serious illness in the hands:

Observe your hands. If you find that your fingertips are thicker than your knuckles, you may have a more serious lung disease.

If the nails grow slowly, have no luster, and turn yellow and thick, it indicates that there is something wrong with the lymphatic system;

If the veins on the back of your hands are prominent and become more obvious with age, it may also indicate heart disease;

If your palms are red, it may be a sign of liver problems and endocrine disorders;

If your palms are often wet and sweaty when you are overly excited or nervous, you may have a thyroid disorder;

Tremors in the hands may be caused by hyperthyroidism or Parkinson's disease.

6. Warning signs of serious eye diseases:

My eyes are blurry, the corners of my eyes are dry, and I can't see clearly. This is a sign of liver failure. If you press around the liver, you will feel a swollen feeling. In addition to seeking medical attention in time, you should also pay attention to eye hygiene and not let your eyes get too tired.

If you often have eye pain, in addition to eye fatigue, the elderly should beware of glaucoma;

7. The ears are always buzzing:

This is a signal that kidney function is gradually declining, and it is sometimes accompanied by symptoms such as foot pain, back pain, and frequent urination. People who work too hard should pay special attention to it. They should combine work and rest, avoid excessive fatigue, drink less alcohol, and eat less irritating foods such as ginger and chili.

8. Warning signs of serious mouth diseases :

My lips felt numb and my body became thinner. This indicates that the function of the pancreas is gradually declining, which is mainly due to eating disorders and improper hunger and satiety. Because the pancreas is not good, the stomach will be affected. When the stomach is damaged, the lips will become noticeably dry. In addition to adjusting your diet at this time, you should also be careful not to eat raw, cold, or greasy foods.

9. Warning signs of serious nasal disease:

A stuffy nose, frequent coughing, and sometimes even difficulty breathing are signs of a gradual decline in lung function. Patients should first pay attention to their diet, quit smoking or control their smoking amount, and avoid being with people who smoke frequently. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, strengthen physical exercise, and prevent the occurrence of lung complications.

10. Difficulty climbing stairs:

If you feel your heartbeat speed up, panic, or chest tightness when climbing stairs, it indicates that your heart function is weak;

If you feel chest tightness, this is a dangerous signal and you should see a doctor as soon as possible.

11. Signs of serious illness at work:

If you feel that your memory is too poor and you are forgetful while working, it may be caused by neurasthenia and arteriosclerosis;

If you often doze off, think about other reasons besides lack of sleep;

If you have back pain, besides muscle pain, it may also be due to problems with the spine or internal organs;

If you experience lower back pain when you stretch, you may be thinking about poor sitting posture.
