How to practice the Qigong method to strengthen virility, kidney and essence

In order to strengthen yang, kidney and sperm, in addition to using some health care products, we should not neglect some exercises in life, such as practicing some qigong, which can also achieve the effect of strengthening kidney and sperm. The following are specific methods.

1. Bodhidharma Internal Power

Before going to bed and getting up, lie flat on your back, tear open your underwear, and lean against your body. Take two deep breaths, and then rub your right palm in a circle from top to bottom toward the left chest forty to fifty times counterclockwise. Take two breaths and then do the same with your left palm. Then rub your chest and abdomen or the upper part at will, no matter how many times, just stop when it is enough. But women can only rub their abdomen.

2. Refining Essence into Qi: Strengthening the body and preventing premature ejaculation

You can practice it before going to bed, when getting up early, or when taking a nap. Curl up, close your eyes, plug your ear holes with your left and right index fingers until they are airtight, breathe through your nose, and keep your mouth closed. Breathe naturally. Sometimes, when you exhale through your nose, you feel the air reaching your feet. This happens one or two times, not just from mouth to mouth. After that, continue to breathe naturally. It will take 5-10 minutes to feel the adaptation and the contraction of the sperm duct and urethra.

3. Breathing Style: The second of Bodhidharma’s “Eight Shaolin Styles”

Master the key points of practicing qi and strength. It can regulate the circulation of Qi and blood and promote metabolism. Anyone, old, weak, sick or disabled, can practice Qigong. As long as they pay attention to the key points of Qigong, they can get the effects.

First close your mouth, breathe through your nose, drop your shoulders and let your breath go down, focus your mind on your lower abdomen, and let your breathing be natural. The movements should follow the breathing; when the hands go out it is inhaling, and when the hands come back it is exhaling.

Rotate your left and right palms inward in a circle. It's like the "Lan Que Wei" in Tai Chi. After turning right dozens of times, push it to the left and turn inward dozens of times.

4. Stretching and Bone Pulling Style: The muscle-stretching and blood-activating kung fu passed down by Bodhidharma

Stand upright with elbows bent and fists at waist. Turn right and bend knees. Raise fists to protect face. Touch the ground with left toe. Lean upper body forward and take left step. Change left fist into palm and extend palm downward and to the side and back. Take right step and follow with right palm. Continue with left step. Move left hand upward and change palm into supporting palm. Take right step again. Move right step. As torso straightens, right hand also changes into supporting palm. Look up between palms.

Shift the center of gravity to the left, turn the body to the left, bend the knees, extend the right palm downward to the side and rear, repeat in the reverse direction, lean the upper body forward and take a right step, change the right fist into a palm, extend the back palm downward to the side and rear, take a left step and follow with the left palm.
