1. Urethral and seasonal factors: If you have frequent urination but a small amount of urine each time, and you do not feel any pain when urinating or have any other symptoms, you should first consider local factors, such as inflammation of the urethral orifice, excessive foreskin, or pinworms irritating the genitals. In addition, due to seasonal factors, polyuria in winter is a normal phenomenon.

3. Neurogenic urinary frequency: In young children, the detrusor muscle of the bladder is underdeveloped and the nerves are not sound, so they may have daytime spot polyuria, up to 20 to 30 times, but normal urination at night. There is a tendency for recurring urination, and urine tests are normal. This disease is not caused by inflammation.
