The manifestations of paranoid personality are stubborn and rigid thoughts and behaviors, sensitivity, suspicion, and narrow-mindedness. At the same time, it is difficult to integrate into society and get along harmoniously with others. Some people will show excessive self-conceit and jealousy of others.

Paranoid personality is also called delusional personality. Their behavioral characteristics are often manifested as: extreme hypersensitivity, holding grudges against insults and injuries; stubborn and rigid thoughts and behaviors, sensitive, suspicious, and narrow-minded; jealousy, feeling nervous and uneasy about other people's achievements or honors, burning with jealousy, either picking quarrels, or making sarcastic remarks behind others' backs, or openly complaining and blaming others.
