Nowadays, women are more and more fond of beauty. They often go to beauty salons to give their hair a spa treatment, so that their hair can be smoother and more shiny. For some women, if they want to save time and money, they can also do hair spa treatments at home. The following will introduce how to do hair spa treatments. 1. Create a situation. Just like doing a body SPA at home, a hair SPA also requires a romantic and warm atmosphere. Props to create the atmosphere include aromatherapy essential oils (aromatherapy lamps), warm indoor temperature, natural music, and a set of hair spa products with natural floral or herbal scents. 2. Comb your hair. Before washing your hair, use a wide-tooth comb to straighten it, combing the ends first, then gradually moving upwards, and finally from the roots to the ends. 3. Moisten your hair. Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water and adjust the water temperature to an appropriate level (37-38 degrees Celsius is best). The water temperature must be appropriate. It is not good to be too hot as it will damage the hair, and it is not good to be too cold as it will make it difficult to remove scale. 4. Clean your hair . Pour out an appropriate amount of shampoo, massage until foam forms and then apply evenly on your head. Do not pour it directly on your hair. First use shampoo to wash away all the dirt. Remember not to scratch your scalp with your fingertips. Use your fingertips to gently massage your scalp. If necessary, re-shampoo. Wash thoroughly twice to ensure that no sticky residue is left, otherwise it will damage the hair. 5. Moisturizes hair . Use a hair lotion or hair mask suitable for your hair type, divide your hair into 3 parts, and apply each part all over your hair. If you have dry and split hair, apply more on the ends of your hair, then wrap your hair with a towel for 15 minutes. 6. Scalp massage . A hydromassage involves gently massaging your scalp with your fingers. Following the direction in which blood naturally flows from the scalp toward the heart, proceed in the order of forehead, hairline, temples, head and neck, and hairline at the back of the head. Massage can promote oil secretion, so when massaging oily hair, use lighter force, while when massaging dry hair, use a little heavier force. 7. Wash thoroughly. Wash the conditioner off your hair with plenty of water, leaving no residue. 8. Blow-dry your hair. Use a towel to soak up any excess water, as using hot air on dripping hair is time-consuming and can damage your hair. The hair dryer should be kept 20 cm away from the hair, and it is best to alternate between hot and cold air to avoid heat damage to the hair. |
