1. Baohe Pills: This medicine is composed of eight Chinese medicinal herbs: hawthorn (charred), Liushenqu, pinellia, poria, tangerine peel, forsythia, radish seed, and fried malt. It has the effects of harmonizing the stomach, digesting food and relieving stagnation. It can treat symptoms such as epigastric distension, loss of appetite, belching and acid regurgitation caused by improper diet. The medicine has a mild nature and can be taken by the elderly, children and the weak. Usage: Adults take 6 to 9 grams orally each time, twice a day; children take a reduced dose.

2. Hawthorn Pills: This medicine is composed of three Chinese medicinal herbs: hawthorn, Liushenqu, and roasted malt. It has the effect of eliminating food accumulation and digesting food. It is mainly used to treat symptoms such as abdominal distension caused by eating too much meat, and is especially suitable for children with food accumulation disorder. However, it is not suitable for people with excessive stomach acid or heartburn. Usage: Adults take 1 to 2 pills orally each time, 1 to 3 times a day; children should take a reduced dose.

3. Compound Chicken Gizzard Tablets: This medicine is composed of chicken gizzard lining and Liushenqu, which has the effects of strengthening the spleen and appetite, eliminating accumulation and digesting food. It can treat symptoms such as abdominal distension caused by food accumulation, food stagnation, vomiting and diarrhea caused by disharmony between the spleen and stomach. Usage: Take 2 to 4 tablets orally each time, 3 times a day. Children must use it under adult supervision.

4. Chenxiang Huazhi Pills: This medicine is composed of 15 Chinese medicinal herbs, including agarwood, morning glory seed, immature bitter orange, aconite, hawthorn, bitter orange peel, tangerine peel, cyperus rotundus, Magnolia officinalis, Curcuma zedoaria, Amomum villosum, Trillium, costus root, green tangerine peel, and rhubarb. It has the effect of regulating qi and removing stagnation, and can treat symptoms such as food stagnation, abdominal distension and pain, and acid regurgitation. Usage: Take 6 grams orally each time, twice a day. The elderly, weak people and those with loose stools should reduce the dosage as appropriate.
