The causes of sports cramps, these situations cause

Some people will experience cramps during normal exercise, especially leg cramps. This is related to strenuous exercise, large temperature changes during exercise, and long exercise time. Therefore, it is necessary to have standardized movements during exercise to effectively avoid cramps.

1. There are many reasons for muscle cramps. During exercise, cramps may occur due to different exercises, exercise intensity, exercise time, exercise posture, etc. Cramps are caused by not warming up before exercise. If you don’t have time to warm up before exercise, it is easy to cause cramps. Because muscles suddenly enter a state of motion from a static state, they will cramp before they can adapt.

2. Cramps caused by too intense exercise. If a person participates in too intense exercise, the calf muscles will suddenly contract and become extremely painful and completely immobile, resulting in calf cramps. This phenomenon is generally more common in running and leg exercises that require instantaneous explosive power.

3. Cramps are caused by temperature changes during exercise. If the surrounding temperature changes too quickly during exercise, it can easily cause cramps. The most common occurrence is when swimming or doing water sports, when the large temperature difference between the water and the shore can cause the muscles to contract violently and cause cramps.

4. Cramps caused by exercising for too long. If you exercise for a long time with excessive load, it can easily cause cramps. Prolonged exercise will cause muscles to enter a state of fatigue. The increasing amount of lactic acid accumulated in the muscles will cause changes in muscle function and lead to cramps.

5. Cramps caused by improper exercise posture. If the movements and postures during exercise are not standard, cramps may also be caused. Improper exercise posture and movements can easily cause sports injuries, local circulation disorders and other problems.
