If you suffer from kidney stones, you should of course go to the hospital for a more comprehensive examination and follow the doctor's advice for symptomatic treatment. In fact, some Chinese herbal medicines are also relatively good for treating kidney stones. Soaking Centella asiatica, Lycopodiella cernua, and Chicken's gizzard lining in water and taking them can play a certain auxiliary therapeutic role. 1. Soak 90g of Centella asiatica (small leaves), 18g of Lycopodiella cernua (wrapped and fried), and 6g of chicken's gizzard lining in 1300ml of water for one hour, then simmer for 40 minutes. Bring to a boil over high heat, then use low heat and simmer for 40 minutes in total. Pour out after it cools down a little, and drink it in several times. You can boil it twice, adding 600 ml of water the second time and boil it for 20 minutes. Take it until the stones are expelled (needs to be used continuously for more than 15-30 days), then reduce the dosage: 45 grams of Centella asiatica, 9 grams of Lycopodiella citrate (wrapped and decocted), and 6 grams of chicken's gizzard lining. Take it for about 15 more days. -Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine. About 2000 ml per day, and do more jumping or rope skipping activities every day. It has miraculous effects if you press and knead the kidney reflex area below the Yongquan point to the ureter and bladder reflex area for 20 minutes. Dietary treatment: For uric acid stones, meat should be limited, and animal offal such as liver, heart, stomach, intestines, and kidneys should be avoided. The daily protein intake should not exceed 90 grams; eat less spinach, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc. and eat more fruits; the alkalinity of urine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of uric acid stones, so it is advisable to choose alkaline vegetables and fruits, and keep the pH value within the range of 6.2-6.5. 2. Using low-calcium foods as a prevention and treatment for hypercalcemic urinary stones can reduce the incidence. When the calcium intake in the diet is less than 700 mg/day, the phosphate containing fatty acids combines with calcium in the intestine, reducing calcium intake. 3. The incidence of oxalate stones accounts for the vast majority of stones. There is currently a lack of effective dietary prevention and treatment. The only way is to limit the intake of foods high in oxalate, glycolic acid and calcium, such as spinach, potatoes, beets, cocoa, instant coffee, asparagus, rapeseed, mustard tuber, snow red, walnuts, hazelnuts, strawberries, plums, raspberries, oranges, carrots, beans, celery, cucumbers, chocolate, strong tea (black tea), seafood, dried shrimp, kelp, hairtail, sugar, etc. are high in oxalate foods. Green grapes, limes, mushrooms, beets, walnuts, spinach, pears, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. are high-glycolic acid foods, and milk powder is a high-calcium food. |
