The correct way to use conditioner, teach you how to use it

Conditioner is a method of protecting hair that many people are using nowadays, but many people use it incorrectly. The correct way to use conditioner is something that everyone needs to understand in a timely manner. It is related to the health of hair and is very important.

Use of conditioner

Regarding the use of conditioner, many people think that the longer the conditioner is left on, the better it moisturizes the hair. In fact, this is not true. Experts tell us that conditioner can only provide nutrients to hair within a certain period of time. Once the effective time is exceeded, it will not only fail to nourish the hair, but also easily cause it to tangle, cause dryness and split ends. Conditioner can neutralize the alkalinity in shampoo, keep the hair in the best state of weak acidity, replenish nutrients to the hair, make the hair soft and smooth, and maintain a healthy luster. If used properly, it can also improve blood flow to the scalp and stimulate hair papilla and hair matrix cells. However, the actual condition of hair varies from person to person, and conditioner does not have the same effect on everyone.

The correct way to use conditioner

1. Before using conditioner, use a towel to absorb the water on the washed hair, because when there is too much water in the hair, the conditioner cannot be effectively absorbed.

2. When applying conditioner, you should apply it to the middle or ends of the hair, rather than the roots of the hair close to the scalp, and comb your hair thoroughly to ensure that the conditioner is evenly and smoothly distributed. Remember, be sure to comb your hair thoroughly and gently. Pour the conditioner into your palm and apply evenly to your hair. Contrary to the method of using shampoo, start from the ends of the hair and gently massage with your fingers, then slowly apply to the entire hair. Do not rinse immediately after massage. Waiting for a while will achieve better results.

3. After wiping your hair until it is half dry, wrap it with a dry towel and press the towel tightly with both hands to absorb excess water from the hair. When hair is wet, the hair scales are easy to fall off, so never rub your hair hard with a towel to avoid damaging the hair scales on the surface of the hair. After gently massaging, wrap it with a very hot towel, put on a shower cap, wait for 5 minutes, and then rinse it off.

Conditioner precautions

Since conditioner is just a smoothing agent for hair, it should not stay on hair for too long, and when rinsing, be sure to rinse out all the shampoo and conditioner, otherwise it will damage the hair.

The health of hair is also part of the health of the body. Never underestimate the correct use of conditioner, which is a very important part of hair health.
