How to use disposable masks

Although disposable masks are very convenient to use, they cannot be used in an environment with a relative humidity of about 80%, nor in an environment containing corrosive gases. The environment in which disposable masks are used must be well ventilated, and they cannot be used in a high temperature environment. Of course, disposable masks have their own special methods whether they are worn or used. Let me briefly introduce them below.

The correct way to wear a mask is as follows: the mask has two sides, white and blue. Turn the white side inward and the side with the metal strip upward. First, tie the two lower straps behind your neck and tighten them so that the bottom of the mask reaches the base of the chin. Pull up the straps on the mask so that the mask can cover the outside of the mouth and nose. The two straps on the top can be pulled behind the ears and on the head, and then tied tightly. Be careful not to tie them on the ears. Then use the index fingers of both hands to press the metal wire at the root of the nose on the upper side of the mask to make it fit closely to the skin of the nose. Then gradually move the index fingers to both sides to make the entire mask fit close to the facial skin. Finally, after taking off the mask, wrap it in tape or a paper bag, and then put it in a covered trash can. Be sure to wash your hands in time after use.

Disposable masks cannot be reused and generally need to be replaced after 6-8 hours of use. Moreover, the two sides of the mask cannot be used alternately, because the outer layer of the mask often accumulates a lot of dust, bacteria and other contaminants in the outside air, while the inner layer blocks the exhaled bacteria and saliva. If the two sides are used alternately, some of the dirt and other substances on the outer layer will be directly attached to the mouth and nose, and thus enter the human body through the respiratory tract, affecting human health.

For example, disposable masks have very good ventilation performance, the ability to filter toxic gases, and also have a certain thermal insulation effect. Disposable masks have very good water absorption and elasticity. They are very convenient to use and do not irritate the skin.
