In his best-selling book, The Los Angeles Shape Diet, Dr. Herb explains in detail how to strike a balance between eating and weight control to achieve health.

"It seems very difficult for foodies to control their weight because they are always taking in calories." Dr. Herber recommends consuming liquids or low-calorie foods to relieve the "loneliness of the mouth." Dr. Herb's snack guide is to break up the daily servings of vegetables and fruits that the body needs. For example, eat vegetables 4 times a day and fruits 3 times, each serving is about 150 grams. And try not to eat at night. In addition, Dr. Herb also recommends low-fat drinks and nutritional shakes to help control weight. The main ingredient of nutritional milkshakes is soy protein. Compared with milk, soy protein has a similar protein content, but has far lower calories and fat than milk. Studies have shown that eating two smoothies a day can reduce belly fat and improve your overall body metabolism.
