Indications of Erxiangbingchaye Injection

Dihydroxypropyl theophylline injection is mainly used for bronchial asthma and obstructive pulmonary emphysema. It has a good therapeutic effect on dyspnea caused by emphysema. It is mainly used by intravenous drip. Some patients may become easily excited, have tachycardia or arrhythmia after taking the medicine, which may cause symptoms such as fever and convulsions. It should be prohibited for people who are allergic to this product.

Indications of 2-hydroxy-1,3-dimethoate injection

It is suitable for bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, obstructive pulmonary emphysema, etc. to relieve wheezing symptoms, and is also used for asthma caused by cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

Dosage

Intravenous drip, 0.25-0.75 g (1-3 vials) each time, diluted with 5% or 10% glucose injection.

Adverse Reactions

Similar to theacrine, excessive dosage may cause nausea, vomiting, irritability, insomnia, tachycardia, arrhythmia, and even fever, dehydration, convulsions and even respiratory and cardiac arrest.

Taboo

It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to this product, those with active peptic ulcers and uncontrolled convulsive diseases.

Precautions

1. This product is not the first choice for patients with acute and severe asthma attacks.

2. Theophylline drugs can cause arrhythmia and/or worsen existing arrhythmia; if the patient has a tachycardia and/or any abnormal changes in heart rhythm, close attention should be paid.

3. Patients with hypertension or history of peptic ulcer should use this product with caution.

4. Large doses may cause central nervous system excitation, which can be prevented by taking sedatives in advance.

Pregnant and lactating women

This product can pass through the placental barrier and be secreted into breast milk and excreted with the breast milk. It should be used with caution by pregnant women, postpartum women and lactating women.

Children's medication

The plasma clearance rate in newborns may be reduced and the serum concentration increased, so it should be used with caution.

Medication for the elderly

Elderly people should use this drug with caution in patients over 55 years old due to decreased plasma clearance and increased potential toxicity.

Drug interactions

1. When used in combination with lithium salts, the renal excretion of lithium can be increased. Affects the effect of lithium salts.

2. Concomitant use with caffeine or other xanthine drugs may increase their effects and toxicity.
