It should also be noted that it is best not to boil the milk when washing your face with it. This is mainly because if the milk is boiled, the nutrients in the milk will be destroyed, and these nutrients will not be absorbed by the skin on the face, thus failing to nourish the skin. If the temperature is relatively low in winter, it is recommended to heat the milk in an environment of 70°C for 3 minutes, and then use this warm milk to wash your face.
