Process: At six in the morning, the best time for the body to detoxify, start drinking the first glass of salt water: use the salt water prepared last night to mix with the boiled water in the morning, 600ml (equivalent to the amount of a bottle of mineral water), warm, salty and slightly salty vegetable soup.

Note: 1. Drinking water should be done skillfully. If you drink water in small sips and the water flow is slow, the water will be easily absorbed in the stomach and produce urine. So it is best to drink in big gulps and swallow quickly, so that the water can reach the colon as quickly as possible and stimulate intestinal peristalsis.

The first step: stretch upwards. Cross your fingers together with your palms facing up, stand on tiptoes, and pull your whole body up as much as you can. Do ten yoga-style abdominal breathings, that is, let your belly bulge out when you inhale and contract your belly when you exhale. This way, your abdominal muscles can also participate in the exercise well.

Second move: Cross your fingers and hold your hands together with your palms facing up. Take a deep breath, then stretch as far to the left as you can while exhaling. When all the air is exhaled, inhale again and put your hands back up. This counts as one move. Then exhale while stretching as far to the right as you can.

The third posture: Raise both hands horizontally with palms facing each other, take a deep breath, bend left hand towards neck, then stretch right arm as far as possible to the right while exhaling, and look straight at the tip of right hand until all the air is exhaled, then inhale again, bend right hand towards neck, open left hand, then stretch left arm as far as possible to the left while exhaling, and look straight at the tip of left hand.

After completing the three steps, you can continue to drink the next cup.

Experiencer's feelings: I did it several times. The first time, I started to expel old stool after drinking the second glass of water, and I started to expel clear stool (very clear and transparent) after drinking twelve glasses of water. The second time, I started to expel stool from the fourth glass, and I expelled stool after drinking ten glasses. The third time, I only drank eight glasses and it was clear.
