The best time to exercise

The best time to exercise

The body is the most precious treasure given to us by God. For the sake of our own health, it is very necessary to exercise properly every day. There are many ways to exercise, such as running, playing basketball, swimming, playing football, dancing, etc. People of different ages and genders can choose their favorite sport from it. The duration of exercise also has a great impact on the effectiveness of physical exercise. So, when is the best time to exercise?

1. Morning exercise should not be done earlier than 6 o'clock. Many people like to do morning exercises, but the pollutants in the air generally have not completely diffused before 6 o'clock in the morning. At the same time, before the sun comes out, green plants have not carried out photosynthesis and there is no fresh oxygen nearby. Instead, a large amount of carbon dioxide has accumulated due to consumption overnight, which is very bad for health. Therefore, morning exercise should not be done earlier than 6 o'clock.

2. Exercising at night is the best time to exercise. However, exercising at night is different from exercising during the day. After exercising, it is time to sleep, and the body's physiological indicators must be restored in a shorter period of time. If the body has not returned to normal when you go to bed, it will affect your sleep. If this continues for a long time, movement diseases such as neurasthenia will occur. Therefore, when exercising at night, you must control the intensity and duration, and it is best to keep it within one hour.

3. The best time to exercise in the evening is 2 hours after dinner and before going to bed. 17:00 to 19:00 in the evening is the best time to exercise. At this time, the human body's functions are at their best, so it is also the most suitable.

4. In fact, you can exercise as long as you have free time and are ready. That is, at least 1 hour after a meal, when the body is not tired. If there is enough time, it is best to wait 2-3 hours to allow the body and endocrine system to adjust to normal.
