Washing powder is a must-have item for washing clothes every day. Many people think that washing powder is very good for washing clothes. No matter what stains are on the clothes, they can be easily washed away with detergent. However, if there are oil stains on the clothes, there is no way to wash them directly with washing powder. This is because the ingredients contained in washing powder cannot remove oil stains. Only detergent or salt water can be used. 1. When clothes are stained with oil, don't rush to rinse them with clean water. First apply detergent to the oil stains on the clothes, let the detergent stay on the clothes for about 20 minutes, then rub them gently with your hands, and finally, rinse with clean water to thoroughly wash off the oil stains. 2. Or squeeze some toothpaste and apply it on the stain, rub it gently a few times, and then scrub it with clean water, and the oil stain can be removed. 3. Apply alcohol or salt solution to the oily area to remove the oil. 4. If cooked oil stains your clothes, soak them in warm salt water, then rub them with soap and rinse them to remove the stains. 5. If there are oil stains on silk clothes, you can mix talcum powder into a paste and apply it to the oil stain. After leaving it for a while, peel off the talcum powder, then put thin paper on the silk, and iron it flat with an electric iron at low temperature. 6. If there are oil stains on the leather jacket, you can apply a paste made of alcohol and chalk powder on the oil stains on the leather jacket. After the paste dries, carefully wipe it off. Ink stains and lipstick stains can be washed with water and then detergent, or glutinous rice can be mixed with detergent. You can also apply toothpaste on the stained part and rub it, then rinse with water. If it is silk material, lay the stain face down on a clean paper, apply dry cleaning agent or alcohol, rub the back of the stain on the silk fabric until the stain disappears, then wash and rinse. When cleaning oil stains, we can do it in a targeted manner. There is no need to soak the entire piece of clothing in water. We can only clean the part with the oil stain. If the clothes are washed too many times, their lifespan will be shortened and the color of the clothes will also undergo some bad changes. It is best to wash them again with clean water after washing. This is the correct way to wash clothes. |
