How to effectively remove ink from clothes

How to effectively remove ink from clothes

I believe everyone has had this experience: you don’t know what happened, but your clothes are suddenly stained with ink, especially light-colored clothes. The ink is very obvious, making your clothes inexplicably unwearable. Ink can quickly stain clothes, so it is not easy to remove ink from clothes. However, many people think it is a waste that clothes cannot be worn without washing them thoroughly. So how can we effectively remove ink from clothes? Now let’s talk about some tips for removing ink.

There are a few things to note:

1. When clothes are stained, they must be dealt with on the spot, because the stains may be difficult to remove over time.

2. There is also an order for removing stains, which is to use water first, then detergent (or stain remover), and finally medicine to avoid damaging the clothes.

practice:

Buy some oxalic acid (granular) from a chemical store, soak and scrub the clothes stained with pen stains in water dissolved in oxalic acid to remove the stains. Since oxalic acid is a weak acid, it will not corrode clothes.

1. To wash ink stains on clothes: wash new stains with cold water first, then soak them in warm soapy water for a while, and then rinse with clean water; old stains can be washed with detergent first, and then rubbed with 10% alcohol solution to remove them.

2. Ink stains: Mix rice grains and detergent, apply it to the stained part and rub it, then rinse it with clean water; you can also use a solution made of one part alcohol and two parts soap to apply it repeatedly, which also has good results.

3. After washing the ink stains, use detergent, or mix glutinous rice with detergent. You can also apply toothpaste on the stained part and rub it, then rinse with clean water. If it is silk material, lay the stain face down on a clean paper, apply dry cleaning agent or alcohol, rub the back of the stain on the silk fabric until the stain disappears, then wash and rinse.

To remove blue ink stains, first wash with laundry detergent, and then wash with 10% alcohol solution. You can also rub it with a small amount of concentrated milk and then wash it.

To remove red ink stains, first soak them in cold water, then rub them repeatedly with soap, and then use potassium permanganate solution to wash off the residues.

How to remove ink from clothes effectively? Looking at the methods introduced above, I believe everyone knows how to do it very well. If you want to remove ink from clothes, you must strictly follow the above precautions to avoid damaging your clothes before the ink is removed. We hope our tips can help you remove the ink and keep your clothes clean.
