What should I do if I always get carsick

Today's society is becoming more and more developed. No matter how far the journey is, people with cars will definitely drive there. Although driving is convenient, there is also a bad thing, that is, motion sickness. It is better to take your own car, especially in the summer when taking the bus. There are all kinds of smells in the car, especially the smell of body odor and foot odor, which makes many people unbearable. Some people will get motion sickness when riding in a car. So what should we do if we get motion sickness?

1. Metoclopramide:

Take 1 tablet of Metoclopramide, or 2 tablets if motion sickness is severe. Reduce the dosage for children. Swallow the tablet 10 to 15 minutes before getting on the bus to prevent motion sickness.

If you experience motion sickness symptoms after a journey of more than 2 hours, you can take another tablet. Those who take medicine temporarily during travel should stand for 15 to 20 minutes before sitting down to allow for absorption of the medicine. This method has an efficiency of 97% and does not have the side effects of dry mouth, dizziness, etc. caused by other motion sickness tablets.

2. Fresh ginger:

While driving, hold fresh ginger slices in your hand and place them under your nostrils to smell them at any time to inhale the spicy smell into your nose. You can also stick ginger slices on your navel and secure it with a pain-relieving plaster.

3. Orange peel:

About 1 hour before riding, fold the fresh orange peel inward with the surface facing outwards, then put your two fingers into your nostrils and squeeze it. Aromatic oil mist will be sprayed out of the peel. It can be inhaled more than 10 times, and you can do the same at any time while riding in a car.

4. Essential oil:

While riding in a car, apply wind oil essence on the temples or Fengchi acupoint. You can also drop two drops of Fengyoujing on the belly button and cover it with an analgesic ointment.

5. Vinegar:

Drink a glass of warm water with vinegar before riding a car, and you will not get motion sickness on the way.

6. Pain-relieving ointment for injuries and dampness:

Before getting on the bus, apply an analgesic plaster to your belly button to prevent motion sickness.

People who suffer from motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medicine half an hour before getting on the bus, or they can use motion sickness patches. People who suffer from motion sickness are advised to sit closer to the window when looking for a seat, and open the window slightly to relieve the symptoms of motion sickness. It is best not to eat too much before getting on the bus, and it is not suitable to eat greasy food. You can eat some oranges on the bus.
