Everyone goes through a long process from birth to death, during which we grow and age step by step. In ancient times, many emperors and princes tried to find and develop some elixir of immortality to achieve longevity, but they never succeeded, because there is no such thing as immortality in this world. (1) The most important thing to pay attention to is sunlight.

We know that sunlight can make the skin darker. After going out, the skin will become darker. No matter it is cloudy or rainy, spending a long time outside (in the open air) will make the skin darker. This is because there are ultraviolet rays in the sunlight. On cloudy or rainy days, although the sunlight is blocked by the sun, the ultraviolet rays in the A segment (long wave) can cause damage. You should take protective measures when going out, such as wearing a hat, holding an umbrella, wearing sunglasses, or applying sunscreen. The sun is most intense from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. during this time. Try to avoid going out in the sun, even if it is cloudy or rainy. When there is sunlight, the range of ultraviolet radiation can be identified and easily avoided. On cloudy days, you can't see where the ultraviolet rays are shining, which often makes people ignore it. So be careful to avoid ultraviolet rays on your skin during the day.

(2) Food has a great impact on the skin. Eat more vegetables and fruits, especially those containing vitamin C.

Many foods are good for whitening skin, such as tomatoes, strawberries, kiwis, etc. If you often eat foods rich in trace elements, such as shellfish, your skin will easily become darker. Therefore, the choice of diet should be adjusted according to needs.

Rest and sleep for your skin

Color also has a great impact. It is a well-known fact that long-term lack of sleep will cause dark circles under the eyes. Poor rest and insufficient sleep not only affect your health, but also slow down blood flow to the skin, cause blood vessel constriction, cause blood stasis into spots, and turn the skin gray and black. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to proper rest and sufficient sleep.

Emotions have a huge impact on the human body. They make the body more energetic, greatly enhance the body's immune function, and provide strong resistance to various adverse factors. When you are in a bad mood, worried, or sad, your body's immune function is reduced, and your ability to resist various adverse factors is very poor. You are prone to various diseases. Skin metabolism, blood circulation and other functions are reduced, your skin becomes gray, dry, and wrinkles increase, showing signs of aging. Therefore, it is extremely important to maintain a happy mood and optimistic attitude. With a healthy body, you don’t have to worry about not having good skin; only with a healthy body can you have real beauty.

Aging is a long stage that everyone must go through. From a scientific point of view, aging is inevitable, but we can delay it. As long as we start from some small details in our daily life, improve our bad living habits, don't stay up late, don't drink and smoke, eat a balanced diet, and maintain an optimistic and happy mood every day, I think we can be more youthful and delay aging.
