What are the basic requirements for sports training?

Some people exercise to keep fit or lose weight. In fact, exercise training is not as simple as doing exercise. There are many requirements before and during exercise. For example, before swimming, you are required to warm up to prevent cramps after entering the water, which may endanger your life and health. Therefore, there are basic requirements for exercise training. Everyone should pay more attention to the basic requirements of exercise training to prevent any problems during exercise training.

Sports training refers to planned sports activities organized under the guidance of coaches to improve athletes' competitive ability and athletic performance. It is an important part of competitive sports. The main participants in sports training are athletes and coaches rather than general sports participants. It is an organized and planned activity process whose purpose is to improve the training level and lay the foundation for achieving sports results.

Adaptation is the process of constantly achieving a balance between the internal and external environment of an organism. Under normal circumstances, the activities of various organ systems in the human body are mutually restricted and coordinated and are in a state of relative balance. This relative balance is a necessary condition for the existence of human life and the normal functioning of organisms. When the external environment changes, the relative balance of the organism's internal environment is disrupted, and various functions in the body have to be readjusted to maintain the relative balance of the internal and external environment of the organism. This is the adaptation process.

In sports training, the main method used is to consciously break the relative balance of the body's internal environment by applying exercise load, so that it can be transformed to a higher functional level, thereby regaining relative balance at a level suitable for the applied exercise load. This process of constantly achieving a balance between the organism and the external environment that applies load due to sports training is called training adaptation.

Sports training is a very profound thing, it involves many fields, so there are many basic requirements for sports training. Everyone should learn more about it and not treat sports training blindly. Sports training is very good for our body, so everyone should take a positive attitude towards sports training and complete it conscientiously.
