In fact, it is more suitable to wash your hair from 1 pm to 10 pm. The least suitable time to wash your hair is from 10 pm to morning. This is the period when the scalp is relaxing and resting, and excessive stimulation should not be applied.

2. Blow dry your hair before going to bed. There are many harmful effects of sleeping with wet hair, such as catching colds easily, damaging hair scales, increasing hair loss, deteriorating hair quality, etc. Make sure your hair is more than 90% dry before going to bed. This can reduce damage to the hair cuticles and keep your hair smooth for a long time.

3. Don’t comb wet hair. After washing your hair, the hair scales are still open. If you comb your hair too many times at this time, the hair scales will be obviously damaged and the hair will become frizzy after it dries.

4. Don’t scratch your scalp with your nails. Although it feels nice to scratch your scalp with your fingernails while washing your hair, it will damage your scalp. The correct way to do it is to gently press the scalp with your fingertips.

5. Don't pour shampoo directly on your head. It is best to pour shampoo into the palm of your hand, rub it evenly and then wash your hair. Pouring shampoo directly onto the scalp can easily cause chemical residues and is not conducive to foaming, which reduces the cleaning effect.

6. The water temperature should be around 40℃. Washing your hair with cold water is the most irritating to the scalp and may cause hair loss; washing your hair with too hot water can also damage the hair follicles.
