How to treat anxiety and neurasthenia

How to treat anxiety and neurasthenia

The pace of life is really fast now, especially in Beijing. I just started my internship this year and was assigned to Beijing. As an intern born in the 1990s, I really feel a lot of pressure. I have been in a bad mood recently and I am very anxious. My nerves are weakened. Faced with this situation, my friends gave me some ways to adjust. I hope I can help everyone like me. Just share it with you.

There are great cultural differences in the way neurasthenia manifests itself, with the two main types overlapping considerably. One type is characterized by complaints of fatigue after using the brain, often accompanied by a certain degree of decline in professional achievement or efficiency in coping with daily affairs. Another type is characterized by weakness and extreme fatigue after light physical exertion, accompanied by muscle pain and inability to relax. The diagnosis of neurasthenia requires the following: 1. A persistent and painful complaint of fatigue after mental exertion; or a persistent and painful complaint of physical weakness and extreme fatigue after mild exertion.

2. At least two of the following exist: ① muscle pain; ② dizziness; ③ tension headache; ④ sleep disorder; ⑤ inability to relax; ⑥ irritability; ⑦ indigestion. 3. Any coexisting autonomic or depressive symptoms that are not severe enough or persistent enough to meet the criteria for another disorder in this classification system. Specific treatments are as follows: Anti-anxiety and antidepressant drugs can improve patients' anxiety and depression, relax muscles, and eliminate some physical discomfort. Other treatments include physical exercise, travel and recuperation, and adjusting unreasonable learning and working methods, which are also good ways to get rid of troublesome situations, improve tension, and relieve mental stress. Supportive and explanatory psychotherapy can help patients understand the nature of the illness and eliminate secondary anxiety.

Since everyone's physique is different, you must go to a regular hospital and consult a doctor before taking any medicine, and never take it randomly. At the same time, please note that as women, we may also experience anxiety and neurasthenia during our menstrual period. We must not use medication to treat such conditions. This is not only bad for the body, but may also lead to infertility in the future. I also recommend using other methods of travel and exercise.
