In daily life, only a small number of joint pains are caused by trauma. The main causes of joint pain are prolonged cold joints or huge temperature differences in the environment. Especially in autumn, when the weather alternates between cold and warm, low temperatures or huge temperature differences can cause muscle and blood vessel contraction, causing joint pain. If you encounter this situation, the first thing you should do is to keep warm as much as possible, you can use hot compresses; the second thing is to reduce the amount of exercise and allow the joints to rest. 3. If the synovium is damaged by trauma or excessive strain, a large amount of fluid will accumulate, increasing the pressure inside the joint. If it is not eliminated in time, it will easily cause joint adhesion. The general public will feel pain, swelling, tenderness in the knee joint, and a frictional and astringent sound in the synovium.

4. Long-term overload will cause swelling and pain in the knee joint, and sometimes there will be friction sound when moving the joint. This condition is often accompanied by deformity and pain.

5. Meniscus injury Meniscus injury is a common injury among athletes. When the lower limbs are weight-bearing, the feet are fixed, and the knee joints are slightly flexed, if the knee is suddenly excessively internally rotated or externally extended, it may cause a meniscus tear. Meniscus injury will cause an obvious tearing feeling in the knee, followed by joint pain, limited movement, and limping when walking. The joints show swelling and a feeling of slipping, and there is a popping sound when the joints move.

Patients should take care to protect the affected joints to avoid further injury and excessive activity. When the disease is serious, they should stay in bed and rest. You should also do appropriate exercises, such as calf lifts, to increase calf muscle strength and enhance joint stability.
