Repeat several times and then blink and close your eyes vigorously.

Choose the lighting carefully

If you often watch TV or read in insufficient or poor light, it will easily cause dry eyes. When reading at close range, you should choose soft light to avoid glare directly into your eyes. So don't turn off the lights when watching TV or using the computer.

Pay attention to your posture when using a computer. The center of the computer monitor should be at the same level as your eyes, and the distance between your eyes and the screen should be 40-50 cm. Vitamin A is very helpful in resisting eye fatigue.
