The treatment should be to clear away heat and dampness, detoxify and eliminate carbuncle. The following dietary therapy can be used:

1. Cactus flower and lean meat soup: the main ingredients are 15g cactus flower, 100g lean pork, and appropriate amount of seasoning. Wash the cactus flowers and chop them into small pieces: Wash the lean pork, slice it, put it into a pot, add appropriate amount of water and boil it, then add onion, ginger, pepper, garlic, etc., and cook until the pork is cooked. Then add the cactus flowers, salt, MSG, etc., and boil it for another one or two times before taking. Take 1 dose per day.

2. Stir-fried chicken slices with cactus and chrysanthemum: The main ingredients are 50g fresh chrysanthemum, 100g fresh cactus, 100g chicken breast, 2 eggs, and appropriate seasonings. Wash and slice the chicken, and coat it with wet starch mixed with egg white and seasonings: Heat a large pan with oil and when the oil temperature reaches about 120 degrees, pour in the coated chicken slices and cook until cooked, then pour into a colander to drain the oil: Leave some oil in the bottom of the pan, add ginger and scallions, stir-fry until fragrant, pour in the chicken slices and stir-fry, add cooking wine, add various seasonings, add the cactus slices and chrysanthemums into the pan and stir-fry together, add a small amount of clear soup and simmer for a while, drizzle with sesame oil, stir-fry, remove from the pan and serve. Take 1 dose daily.

Patients need to wear loose clothes, try not to wear tight pants, and wear jeans less often. Sports pants are best, and boxer underwear is best. This can ensure that the testicles are free of pressure and restraint, and can maintain the most natural state. Office workers should avoid sitting for long periods of time and should strengthen physical exercise. They should not sit for more than ten hours a day and should get up and walk around more often.
