The testicles are important organs for men, and if any problems occur, they must be taken seriously. Orchitis is caused by various pathogenic factors and is divided into many types, including non-specific, viral, traumatic, chemical, etc. It is a chronic inflammation. Only early detection can lead to early treatment. So, what are the symptoms of right orchitis? Let me introduce it to you now, and I hope it will be helpful to you. In the acute phase, there is high fever, chills, testicular pain radiating to the groin, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Acute mumps orchitis usually occurs 3-4 days after the onset of mumps, with a high fever of up to 40°C, often accompanied by prostration, redness and swelling of the scrotum, enlarged testicles, hydrocele, and obvious tenderness. If it is mumps, enlarged parotid glands may also be found. The main symptoms of acute orchitis are rapid onset, high fever, chills, pain in the affected scrotum, tight skin, redness, swelling, bloating, urgency and frequency of urination, and obvious tenderness, which may be complicated by hydrocele. Chronic orchitis generally has no systemic symptoms, and the testicles gradually swell and form nodules. There is mild pain or no pain, and the scrotum is neither red nor hot. It often takes several months or even 1 to 2 years for an abscess to form, and thin pus will flow out after ulceration. Sometimes fistulas may form, which are difficult to heal. Therefore, orchitis must be cured completely. There are two common types of orchitis: nonspecific and mumps. Any suppurative sepsis may be complicated by acute suppurative orchitis and even cause testicular abscess. The pathogenic bacteria are mostly Escherichia coli, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In fact, the most common cause of purulent orchitis is infection caused by the spread of epididymitis, so it should actually be epididymitis orchitis. Patients often experience testicular pain that radiates to the groin, with a distinct feeling of falling, accompanied by high fever, nausea, vomiting, increased white blood cell count, etc. At the same time, the testicles are enlarged and tender, and the scrotal skin is red and swollen. If you find this situation, you need to go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time. Patients should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables to supplement vitamins, improve their body's resistance, and eat less pig's trotters and mutton, which are what we call "irritating foods", because these foods will increase the secretions in the inflamed areas of the body and further aggravate orchitis. Don't eat spicy food, don't sit for long periods of time, and be restrained in your sexual life. |
